CSA Program
The Elemeno CSA program will offer a diverse selection of unique and heirloom organic produce as well as other farm products to approximately 50 subscribers. We will keep our subscriptions lower than average so that we can offer more variety, higher customer service and an individually customized plan for each subscriber.
In addition to our vegetables and fruit, we offer recipes, meal kits and services such as preserving, freezing and composting. We like to take the pressure off by giving clients the option to “skip a week” or donate their CSA share to a food pantry if they are not be able to use it.
Specialty Gardens
Capitalizing on SW Michigan’s superior climate, Elemeno Farm is well positioned to grow a unique array of produce, fruits and flowers. We offer customized gardens to our select Wholesale Restaurant and Catering clients. These chefs will assist in the planning of their individual plots and just as our CSA subscribers, they will receive a weekly delivery of organic produce. We also offer smaller individual custom plots to our special events clients who are planning their special occasion a year in advance.
